ALBION ONLINE DIVES INTO WILD BLOOD’S NEW PLAYER ISLANDS IN A NEW DEV VIDEO

.

One of the marquee features of Albion Online’s upcoming Buy Albion Online Silver Wild Blood update is the player island revamp which promises to add more depth to the island system.

In its current iteration, players islands mostly look the same regardless of what city its linked to. With the release of Wild Blood they’ll take on the look of the city its attached to. Players islands linked to Fort Sterling, for example, will feature snowy mountains, while those attached to Bridgewatch will resemble tropical oases.

Additionally, different biomes will also grant different farming bonuses. Each biome will offer a farming bonus for a certain crop, livestock, or animal feed. “These different bonuses will encourage trade and allow the planning of a sophisticated growing, transportation, and processing schedule,” Sandbox Interactive explained.

Players will also be allowed to own more than one personal island (one for each city), allowing them to build a trans-continental farming operation. Game Director Robin Henkys offers more information from the comfort of his iconic director’s chair in the Albion Online Gold new developer video below.

Don’t forget to transfer your player island before the Wild Blood’s release on October 16th if you haven’t done so already.
